Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in commercial retail store after hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure sanitation standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in retail commercial cleaning environments




- Ability to operate and change water in floor scrubber machine.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
