Qualifications:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be able to travel independently between multiple job sites.
- Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting heavy bags of salt and equipment.
- Must have versatile availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts on short notice.
- Ability to work outdoors in various winter weather conditions, including cold temperatures, rain, snow, and ice.
- Previous experience in winter maintenance, salting, de-icing, or property maintenance is considered an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities:

- Perform salting and de-icing services on sidewalks, building entrances, stairways, driveways, parking areas,



and other designated locations.
- Apply salt and de-icing materials safely and effectively to minimize slip-and-fall hazards.
- Safely lift, carry, transport, and handle bags of salt and necessary equipment.
- Travel between assigned properties to complete scheduled and on-call services in a timely manner.
- Inspect site conditions, identify potential ice hazards, and promptly report any safety concerns.
- Complete assigned tasks independently while following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Submit service completion photos and basic work reports as required.
