Support merchandise processing and organized inventory at Steve Madden while keeping new fashion arrivals sales-floor ready. This is a full-time store position.

As a Stock Associate, you will receive, unpack, and process deliveries while managing product movement throughout the store. The work includes maintaining an efficient stockroom, communicating product availability, and supporting store recovery. You will also help teammates on the sales floor and contribute to daily store goals when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, unpack, and process current merchandise deliveries accurately
- Manage merchandise movement in and out of the store
- Maintain a clean, organized, efficient stockroom
- Communicate product availability, restocks, and fresh arrivals
- Support sales-floor recovery, cleanliness, and customer experience

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to process merchandise through computer systems
- Ability to use a POS register system
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong English interpersonal and communication skills
