Reporting to the Executive Lounge Leadership Team, this permanent part-time position delivers qualified service throughout the private lounge. You will support food and beverage presentations, explain menu items, maintain guest areas, and provide local concierge information. English and French communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging Executive Lounge service
- Set up and break down food and beverage presentations
- Assist guests with menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation
- Clear tables and maintain lounge cleanliness and ambiance
- Provide personalized information about local and area attractions
Requirements:
- Food and Beverage serving experience required
- Smart Serve certification required
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Professional presentation and strong problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, reliable, and able to lift up to 40 pounds
