Serve Springfield customers through account services, consultative selling, and accurate transactions at Citadel’s customer-facing banking office.

As a Personal Banker II, you will determine account and service needs, build relationships, and support customers’ financial goals. The position includes opening accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and cross-selling credit cards, investments, insurance, and IRAs. Customer interactions follow Citadel Class Service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine accounts and services matching individual financial needs
- Process accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
- Cross-sell credit union products and services
- Handle cash using recyclers, ATMs,



and teller machines
- Serve customers through calls, events, and in-person interactions

Requirements:

- At least two years sales and face-to-face service experience
- High school diploma or equivalency
- PC literacy and multiple software application skills
- Solid communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Saturdays and maintain confidentiality
