Responsibilities

- Advise clients on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements
- Participate in corporate reorganizations
- Lead or play an active role in mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions




- Collaborate with team members on complex and challenging matters
- Maintain high standards of quality and client service

Requirements

- Approximately eight years of relevant experience in corporate and transactional law
- Strong experience with shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements
- Excellent academic and professional record
