We are a leading producer of medical device batteries, located in Surrey, BC, and in need of an Operator 1 or Operator 2 to join their Medical Operations Team!

This position is based on a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday with potential for weekend work due to operational requirements.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Reading and understanding operating instructions and procedures.
- Read and apply production specifications in manufacturing process.
- Assemble components and parts by following production guidelines and specifications.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of production, outcomes and report variances.
- Follow health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

To succeed in this position, you must:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a detailed setting.
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and hyper aware of deviations from specifications.

Preferences:





- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 standards for quality control preferred but training will be provided!
- Can-do attitude – you always find a way to get things done.
- Effective communicator – you can clearly get your message across verbally and in writing.
- Detail oriented to accurately review data and document problem resolutions
