Requirements

- Language: English
- Education: College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate/diploma, 1–2 year program
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Computer: MS Office
- Security: Criminal record check

Main duties




Develop and implement daily operating policies/procedures; recruit and hire staff; supervise staff; conduct performance reviews; negotiate with suppliers; conduct training; perform front desk duties; prepare budgets and monitor revenues/expenses; enforce policies and procedures; address guest complaints; assist guests with special needs; establish schedules; manage events; and organize/maintain inventory. The position supervises more than 20 people across various areas of responsibility
