We're a busy, family-run Greek restaurant looking for reliable, hardworking, and experienced individuals to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities Dishwasher

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dish area
- Organize and restock kitchen supplies as needed
- Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Complete nightly cleaning duties and ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for the next day

Prep Cook

- Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and assembling recipes
- Assist with food supplier orders, preparation and kitchen setup
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Complete nightly cleaning, organization, and closing duties throughout the kitchen
- Greek cuisine experience an asset

Line Cook

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner service
- Ensure food is prepared, plated, and presented consistently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization,



and food safety standards throughout service
- Assist with food supplier orders
- Complete nightly cleaning and closing duties, ensuring all stations are organized and ready for service the following day
- Greek cuisine experience an asset

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is required for all positions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Food Safe Certification is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
