Position: Snow Plow / Salt Truck Driver
Employment Type: Seasonal / On-Call (Winter 2026–2027)
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

All equipment will be provided.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused Snow Plow Driver to join our winter maintenance crew for the upcoming season. You will be responsible for operating a pick-up truck with plow attachment and salt spreader to transparent snow and ice from our 11 active Gas stations, as well as the Head office.

- Safely operate snow plows and salt spreaders to clear our sites for customers and fuel trucks.
- Monitor local weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events (including overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays).
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and circle checks.
- Record hours worked, and maintain accurate daily service logs.
- Refuel vehicles and refill salt/sand or windshield washer fluid as needed.
- Report any vehicle, equipment,



or property damage immediately to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (DZ or heavy equipment certification is a strong asset).
- Prior experience operating a snow plow truck or heavy machinery is preferred.
- 24/7 On-Call Availability throughout the winter season (typically November through April).
- Ability to work long, irregular hours in cold and physically demanding weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work yard or shop.

Additionally, this position may lead to a permanent full time position as maintenance. Which would include Cutting grass, cleaning sites, doing customer product deliveries, etc.

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

- Class G Licence (required)
