We are a hands-on restoration firm serving residential, strata, and commercial clients. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently manage fire, smoke, mould, and water damage projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from initial site visit through completion
- Create, interpret, and revise estimates using Xactimate
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate with strata managers, adjusters, and clients
- Prepare scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects meet timelines and company standards
- Document site conditions, progress, and completion
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager in restoration
- Direct experience with fire, smoke, mould, and water damage projects
- Proficient in Xactimate estimating software
- Strong knowledge of interior construction (drywall, flooring, finishes, cabinetry, carpentry)
- Ability to manage projects independently without supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills




- Comfortable working in both field and office environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Work Schedule Requirements:

- Overtime and weekend availability required when projects demand it
- Must be responsive and available to manage active and emergency restoration projects
- This is not a 9–5 role — projects run based on site conditions and timelines

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
