About the Role

Reporting to the Funding Manager, the Funding Analyst plays a key role in reviewing and validating documentation received from our dealer partners. This position ensures all documents are complete, accurate, and fully compliant with iA Auto Finance policies and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify funding documentation submitted by dealer partners
- Identify discrepancies and request required corrections or additional documents
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies
- Maintain strong professional relationships with dealer partners
- Communicate effectively and promptly with internal teams and external stakeholders




- Learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned by the Funding Manager

What You Bring

- Proficient in both written and spoken English - French an asset
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of accountability and ability to prioritize in a quick-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and take a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Work Environment & Schedule

- Flexible hybrid work model
- Current In-office presence required 2 days per month (Brossard, QC or Oakville, ON)
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (EST)

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
