What You'll Do

- Inspire customers: Help homeowners create beautiful spaces through artificial plants, trees, floral arrangements, and home decor.
- Build relationships: Work with interior designers, businesses, and commercial clients to understand their needs and recommend creative solutions.
- Bring ideas to life: Help develop solutions for homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, showrooms, and residential spaces using our products and services.
- Get creative: Contribute to seasonal displays, Christmas decorating projects, and other design opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service: Prepare quotes, communicate with clients, and work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay organized: Manage customer follow-ups, project details, and sales opportunities with accuracy and accountability.
- Contribute to the team: Share ideas, support your coworkers, and take pride in achieving team goals.

Experience is welcome. Potential is equally important.

Previous experience in retail sales, interior decorating, design, or customer service is an asset, but not essential. We're more interested in your personality, work ethic, creativity, and ambition.

Position Details

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible, based on showroom operations, client appointments, and project requirements.

Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
