Our dental team is growing and needs your help! We are searching for that ideal Dental Administrator who is very trustworthy, has excellent work ethics and communication skills, and can multitask in a very busy environment. We are looking for someone who has a dynamic personality and loves interacting with people, capable of making connections with patients to ensure that they are comfortable and leave our office happy. Being able to comfortably communicate and write in both English and Spanish is a must.

The position is best suited for someone who has minimum 1 year experience working in a dental office, is in full control with dental terminology and dental treatment procedures and speaks both English AND Spanish.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones, making, changing and confirming appointments by phone, email and in-person.
- Coordinating hygiene appointments.
- Greeting patients,



checking-in and checking-out.
- Providing insurance breakdowns, submitting insurance claims and predeterminations, collecting payments and sending payment reminders.
- Entering patient information in the dental software
- Opening and closing clinic and help in other administrative duties as assigned
- Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish
