Duties

- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events, to promote our fitness programs and memberships
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs, present tailored fitness solutions, and negotiate membership packages that align with their goals
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential corporate partnerships and B2B (business-to-business) sales channels
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, follow-up support, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty
- Utilize marketing strategies and technology tools to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement




- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and attract new members
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the fitness or health industry is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights for strategic planning
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals
- Business development experience with a focus on expanding market reach and building partnerships
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels and motivation
