We are a busy and rapidly growing truck repair and towing company, proudly serving North Ontario with four convenient locations. Specializing in commercial and heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair, we are committed to keeping fleets on the road and minimizing downtime for our clients.

Our team is committed to high-quality service, fast turnaround times, and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Dispatcher to join our team.

Schedule: Afternoon shift.

During the first three weeks, the successful candidate will work the morning shift as part of the transition and training period. After this initial period, the schedule will transition to the afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing Duties:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone regarding truck breakdowns, towing services and general requests
- Dispatch mechanics for service calls or in-shop repairs
- Dispatch tow truck operators based on customer location and urgency




- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Collect payments via credit card, e-transfer and other approved methods
- Record payments received and apply them to customer accounts
- Follow up with clients on overdue balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with insurance companies to open new claims and follow up on existing claims
- Adaptable to work morning or afternoon shifts

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in business
- Previous transportation industry experience is required
- Must have own transportation
- Flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts
- Must be willing to travel between company locations as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
