Job Summary

Support children’s learning, development, and participation in a welcoming early childhood setting. As an ECE or ECA, you will help create an inclusive classroom where children can engage, build skills, and feel supported.

Responsibilities

- Assist with childcare routines and age-appropriate teaching and learning activities.
- Adapt activities and provide supportive guidance for children with disabilities and diverse learning needs.
- Communicate with children, families, and colleagues in English as appropriate, and share clear written updates.
- Your impact: thoughtful, inclusive support helps children participate and enables colleagues to coordinate consistent care.

Experience

Required: Practical communication, organization, and time-management skills to support classroom routines, collaborate with colleagues,



and respond attentively to children’s needs. Basic writing skills are useful for maintaining records and sharing updates. Preferred: Experience in childcare, early childhood education

ECEA applicants must have Child Development or Guiding and or Caring certificate to qualify for this position.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
