Serenity Mind-Body Psychotherapy is a specialized psychotherapy practice based in London, Ontario, with in-person services in London and Grand Bend and online services across Ontario. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to teens, youth, adults, and couples, integrating evidence-informed psychotherapy with neuroscience-informed, mind-body approaches. Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO or a Registered Social Worker (MSW) registered with the OCSWSSW to join our specialized practice as a Part-Time Independent Contractor. The role requires availability for weekday, evening, and weekend appointments, providing online therapy from the contractor’s own private's office, and in-person sessions at our London office on selected weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will provide 10 to 15 hours of psychotherapy services to individuals and couples.

What You'll Do

As an independent contractor with our practice, you will provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to individuals and couples, ideally but not required to also be able to work with teens, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

In this role, you will:

- Provide compassionate, client-centred psychotherapy using evidence-informed and integrative approaches.
- Offer therapy through a combination of in-person and virtual appointments.
- Develop and maintain a caseload aligned with your clinical expertise, areas of interest, and availability.




- Support clients in achieving meaningful change through approaches that address both psychological and physiological aspects of healing.
- Complete skilled clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and practice standards.
- Provide exceptional care within a practice that values integrity, respect, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

Skills

- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult individuals and couples.
- Advanced training and demonstrated competency in at least one of the following specialized approaches: EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Brainspotting, Clinical Hypnosis, and/or Somatic Experiencing.
- A commitment to evidence-informed, ethical, and client-centred care.
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using electronic health records (Jane App or similar), and secure virtual platforms, and Google Workspace.
