As a Front of House Staff Manager, you’ll guide front-of-house service and support your team in delivering a welcoming restaurant experience. Your impact: Explicit team direction and attentive service help customers order with confidence and enjoy a smooth visit.
Responsibilities

- Supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate daily service.
- Support team members as they prepare and serve customer orders.
- Maintain attentive, courteous customer service and respond to concerns.
- Follow food handling and food safety practices during service.
- Use point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions as needed.
- Qualifications
- Relevant supervisory experience and ability to guide a team.
- Restaurant management experience and a customer-service focus.
- Food preparation and food handling knowledge.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Preferred: POS, cash handling, interviewing, serving, or hospitality experience.
