Job Description

Ambassador Dearie HVAC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage the scheduling and coordination of HVAC installations in new residential construction.

This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple schedules and changing priorities.

The successful candidate will work closely with builders, site supervisors, and our installation foremen to ensure air conditioning, HRV/ERV, and other HVAC-related installations are scheduled and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule air conditioning, HRV/ERV, and other HVAC installations in new construction homes.
- Coordinate installation dates with builders, site supervisors, and installation foremen.
- Manage daily and weekly installation schedules in a fast-paced setting.
- Monitor construction progress, site readiness, and closing deadlines.
- Communicate scheduling changes and delays promptly.
- Ensure crews have the necessary job information and materials before scheduled installations.




- Track outstanding work and follow up with foremen to confirm completion.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate return visits when necessary.
- Maintain accurate job records and scheduling updates.

Qualifications

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in construction scheduling or HVAC coordination preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in HVAC or residential construction is an asset.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
