Your Role

- Prepare fresh seafood, sauces, and ingredients with precision
- Execute dishes according to Captain’s Boil standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow strict food safety and FIFO practices
- Support the team during high-volume service

- Previous kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
