Maxcare Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced, reliable HVAC subcontractor to complete residential HVAC installations throughout London, Ontario, and surrounding areas.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who owns an HVAC business, works independently, or is currently employed with another HVAC company and wants to earn extra income through additional installations.

We're looking for someone who can independently handle residential HVAC installations from start to finish.

Schedule & Availability

- Must be available for installations Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.




- Work is assigned as needed, with no guaranteed weekly hours or minimum installations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Valid G2 and 313D or 313A certifications.
- Ability to independently complete furnace and AC replacements.
- Own truck/work vehicle and necessary installation tools.
- Appropriate TSSA contractor registration, liability insurance.
- Valid driver's licence, reliability, and professional workmanship.

Service Areas: London, St. Thomas, Komoka, Dorchester, Strathroy, and surrounding communities.
