Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher supports smooth kitchen and food service operations by keeping work areas clean, assisting with food preparation, and helping the team maintain an orderly flow of service.

Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment; return clean items to their proper places.
- Clean kitchen surfaces and work areas, dispose of waste appropriately, and help keep shared spaces organized.
- Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks, following direction and secure food-handling practices.
- Support serving and food service tasks as needed, coordinating with kitchen and hospitality staff.

Skills

Tandoor knowledge is an asset

Required: Cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while handling food and supporting preparation, cooking, and service tasks. Preferred: Restaurant, kitchen, food service, hotel, or hospitality experience, including serving, is helpful for adapting to a busy team environment and contributing confidently to daily operations.

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
