AcuTruss Industries is looking for a motivated and people-focused Production Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for a strong leader who takes pride in creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be comfortable leading a production team, and understand the importance of maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production activities to meet production schedules, customer deadlines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure employees understand daily priorities, production targets, and job requirements. Set explicit expectations for attendance, productivity, workmanship, and professional conduct.
- Lead, motivate, and support production employees while fostering a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees into the production team.
- Maintain our ongoing training program to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills required to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and instruction on production processes, equipment operation, work procedures, and quality requirements.
- Monitor workmanship and production processes to identify defects, inconsistencies,



and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote and enforce safe work procedures and compliance with applicable workplace safety requirements. Reinforce secure operating procedures and verify that employees are competent to perform assigned tasks.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a team. (5+ years’ experience)
- Experience assigning work, managing day-to-day priorities, and keeping a team on track
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and employee accountability
- Experience handling workplace challenges, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive team environment
- Ability to motivate, coach, train and hold team members accountable
- Organized, dependable, and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
