Do you know how to get automotive financing deals approved? Are you comfortable working with Canadian banks, prime and subprime lenders, and customers with different credit situations?

Para Auto Financing is looking for motivated, experienced, and results-driven Automotive Finance Managers to join our growing team in Ottawa.

We're looking for professionals who understand the automotive financing business, know how to structure deals, and have the confidence to turn financing opportunities into successful sales.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage automotive financing applications from beginning to end.
- Work with prime and subprime lenders to secure customer approvals.
- Structure financing deals that meet lender requirements and customer needs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Follow up with customers and turn qualified opportunities into completed deals.
- Present financing options, warranties, and protection products professionally.




- Prepare accurate financing documents and ensure transactions meet applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records using our CRM.
- Work with the sales team to complete vehicle transactions efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive financing or dealership F&I; experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Canadian automotive lenders and credit approval processes.
- Experience with prime and subprime financing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financing applications.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed base salary, subject to applicable Ontario employment standards.

Pay: $60,700.00-$173,000.00 per year
