Tech+ by CellKonnect is looking for a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team.

We are primarily hiring for a part-time position, with the opportunity for full-time hours for candidates who are willing and able to work at both our Etobicoke and Caledon locations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience repairing smartphones, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and assisting customers with repair services and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair iPhones, Samsung, and other Android smartphones.
- Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, and other component replacements.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including basic tablet and laptop repairs.
- Perform quality checks and testing before returning repaired devices.
- Explain repair issues, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate repair work orders and inventory records.
- Assist with sales of accessories, refurbished phones, and wireless activations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Work independently and manage daily store operations when required.

Qualifications





- Previous hands-on cell phone repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android devices.
- Basic soldering or motherboard repair knowledge is an asset.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Willingness to work at both Etobicoke and Caledon locations for full time opportunities.

Schedule & Employment

- Part-time hours available.
