L.G. Home Comfort (LGHC) is a Canadian HVAC company founded in 2017. With a family-run approach, we extend a personal touch to our customers and treat every home as if it were our own. We provide installation and repair services for residential and commercial furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and water purification systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Home Comfort Advisor - Retail Programs to represent LGHC within our Home Depot partnership program. The program is already generating weekly leads and sales, yet we need a dedicated team member to handle these leads and grow the business. This is a fully commissioned sales position, ideal for a self-starter who has experience in retail and in-home sales. Thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys building relationships as much as closing sales.

This is a strategic role at LGHC responsible for strengthening our partnership at store level with The Home Depot, increasing revenue through store generated leads, and completing sales from those leads. You will own the relationships with contacts at multiple levels at the stores you are responsible for, drive lead volume with the associates at the stores, and convert those leads into home consultations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with management and associates at partnered Home Depot locations
- Develop and execute on incentive programs that support lead generation
- Maintain a consistent, skilled presence in store to generate leads and build brand awareness for LGHC
- Contact, qualify,



and book your own in-home appointments from leads generated through Home Depot
- Consult with residential customers in their homes to identify comfort needs and recommend the right solutions
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and rebates to maximize customer value
- Maintain detailed records of store activity, leads, and sales in company systems and reports
- Generate and present accurate quotes using internal sales tools
- Represent both LGHC and our retail partner professionally at all times, adhering to partner site and program standards
- Support the launch of new products and services
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Sales experience required (HVAC knowledge an asset, but not required)
- Experience in retail, channel, or field-based sales
- Comfortable approaching customers in a retail setting and generating your own leads
- Valid G-Class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with strong initiative, organizational, and time-management skills

Hours

- Flexible and variable, including evenings and weekends, based on store hours and customer needs

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with competitive earning potential and performance-based bonuses
