Location: Grande Prairie, AB
Schedule: Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours per week)

As a Route Manager, you'll work alongside a teammate providing professional residential cleaning services while leading the daily route, supporting your partner and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

- Travel with a teammate to clients' homes throughout Grande Prairie and the surrounding communities
- Lead and manage the daily cleaning route
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces




- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete required administrative responsibilities
- Inspect completed work and provide constructive feedback
- Support and motivate your cleaning partner
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle
- Help ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

- Have a valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Live in Grande Prairie or can reliably commute to the required meeting location
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Are dependable, positive and hardworking
- Enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering exceptional service
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well as part of a team while also being able to work independently
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Are interested in developing leadership skills and taking on additional responsibilities

Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendant, customer service or team leadership is an asset, but not required.
