The Bridge Sports Therapy and Training is seeking a full time or part-time sports-based Registered Massage Therapist with a commitment to personal development for our NEW Bridge - St. Albert clinic location. Our clinic consists of a team of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Kinesiologists, and Trainers.

We are looking for someone to join our cutting edge and progressive health care team. You will work with an interdisciplinary team in a new, upbeat, and modern clinic. We are looking for an individual who has excellent critical thinking skills and strives to provide a high standard of evidence-based practice. Our clinic environment is lively and strives to bring a very high standard of care to the Lethbridge and surrounding area.

Our clinic is committed to and focused towards:

- Active individuals and athlete-focused treatment
- 1 to 1 sessions; 30-90min massage treatment times
- Combining skills of massage, mobilizations, release techniques, and other hands-on skills with movement and exercise focused treatment
- Being a patient referral driven clinic
- Close coordination with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Strength and Conditioning coaches to facilitate return to sport/activity
- Insurance files such as motor vehicle accidents, WCB, and 3rd party insurance providers with an active based rehab approach for these populations





Massage Therapists who join us as an independent contractor can expect:

- Split Fee remuneration (% to be discussed)
- An abundance of cross-referrals from existing Physiotherapist and Chiropractors
- Access to a private treatment room and the rest of our facility with equipment for patient care.
- Clinical mentorship from other health care members
- Full reception services and support
- Negotiated daily hours with availability from 6:30am to 8pm to maximize your caseload

Requirements to Apply:

- Current individual malpractice insurance
- Certification from an accredited School of Massage required - min 2200 hours clinical
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial Registered Massage Therapists Association
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset but new graduates are encouraged to apply
