Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction management position;
- Knowledge of the Architectural/construction industry;
- Ability to potentially travel up to 10 - 15 % ;
- Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs;

Required skills:

- Computer knowledge;
- Read blueprints and shop drawings;
- Technical background in Architectural panels and cladding;
- Ability to field measure accurately;
- Order and verify materials;
- Coordinate shop fabrication and installation schedules;
- Coordinate work with other trades.

Salary will be based on experience. Plus you will have the option to enroll on our Heath & Dental Benefit plan and Pension plan.
