We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Team Members to join our kitchen team at Big Way Hot Pot at Ktown location

If you enjoy working in a rapid-paced kitchen, are willing to learn, and can work collaboratively with others, we would love to hear from you. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes, standards, and food safety procedures.
- Prepare and portion ingredients, including meat, vegetables, frozen products, and dried goods, to ensure sufficient stock for each shift.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain proper food handling practices.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, including workstations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces.
- Refill, clean, and replace sauce bar containers as required.
- Properly store and label ingredients according to food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory monitoring.
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Report damaged, faulty, or unsafe equipment to the supervisor or manager.




- Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Complete other kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to perform different kitchen duties, including cooking, food preparation, and dishwashing.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling kitchen tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Night shift availability is required.

Working Hours

- Day shift: Starting at 10:30 AM.
- Night shift: Ending at approximately 2:00 AM.
- Availability for night shifts is required.
