Sanitation Worker – Contract

On behalf of our client, Protrans Personnel Services Inc. is currently recruiting for a dependable and safety-conscious Sanitation Worker for a contract assignment in Sussex, Current Brunswick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining production, warehouse, and plant areas using established sanitation and food-safety practices.

What We Offer

- Rate: $16.70–$20.41
- Shift: Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. / Friday: 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Weekly pay
- Temporary employment opportunity - November 2, 2026, to January 7, 2027, with an established Sussex-area manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize production, warehouse, wash-bay, cooler, drain, and plant areas
- Sweep floors and plant walkways
- Remove garbage from assigned areas
- Clean spills and production debris promptly
- Refresh sanitizer bottles and verify chemical concentrations




- Clean eyewash dispensers, garbage containers, lifts, vacuums, drains, and other equipment according to the sanitation schedule
- Bale cardboard and assist with receiving when required
- Follow WHMIS requirements, including proper PPE and SDS procedures
- Follow applicable health and safety, GMP, SQF, allergen-control, sanitation, and food-safety procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned

- Comfortable working throughout a manufacturing and warehouse environment

Pay: $16.70-$20.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
