You will strengthen retention and profitable growth through underwriting discipline, policy knowledge, and sound governance. The work includes market analysis, renewal discussions, and collaboration across a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote solid risk selection and underwriting governance
- Exercise judgment on complex customer cases
- Analyze market and competitor trends
- Influence difficult renewal discussions with partners




- Advance National Accounts initiatives with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- Progressive group benefits experience of five or more years
- Expertise in underwriting practices and policy
- Ability to assess and mitigate complex insurance risks
- Customer-focused approach to service and business results
- Ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
