As a Senior Cargo Claims Adjuster on Crawford’s Transportation Technical Services Team, you will handle physical damage and cargo claims. The work includes reviewing expert reports, directing independent experts, interpreting commercial policies, and making recommendations to the market. You will also support litigation planning, subrogation, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate physical damage and cargo claims through loss investigation
- Review and analyze experts’ reports
- Select and direct independent experts
- Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities




- Negotiate settlements under provincial licensing requirements

Requirements:

- Five or more years handling cargo, commercial property, and transportation claims
- Experience with trucking, bus, or commercial auto claims
- Commercial policy interpretation and market recommendation experience
- Active adjuster license or progress toward CIP or FCIP
- Solid report writing and customer service skills
