What you will do
- Plan crew allocations across shows and coordinate recruitment, onboarding and resource changes.
- Support production assistants, coordinators and line producers through reviews, development and departmental reporting.
What the studio is looking for
- Experience scheduling crews or projects and building effective teams.
- HR experience, negotiation and resource-planning skills; VFX production and CG pipeline knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong communication, diplomacy and attention to detail.
