Own revenue operations remotely at Directive, using Salesforce, HubSpot, and funnel analytics to connect marketing and sales systems.

As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will build the go-to-market infrastructure behind Directive’s Marketing and Sales teams. You will manage CRM architecture, routing, attribution, reporting, and the broader MarTech stack. This team-of-one role works across sales, executive leadership, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Salesforce and HubSpot architecture, workflows, fields, and synchronization
- Manage lead routing and scheduling across LeanData and Chili Piper
- Maintain attribution governance, source tracking, and offline conversion measurement
- Report funnel performance, pacing, conversion rates, and business context




- Protect data integrity through deduplication, validation, enrichment, and sync controls

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in marketing or revenue operations
- Advanced Salesforce administration and deep HubSpot experience
- Hands-on LeanData and Chili Piper routing experience
- Knowledge of attribution, UTM governance, and offline conversion tracking
- Ability to present performance insights to executive leadership
