Concept Ford is looking for an experienced, licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our growing Service department.

We're a family-owned Ford dealership that has proudly served Georgetown and the surrounding communities since 1979.

Our Service department continues to grow year over year, with increasing repair order volume, customer-pay and warranty business, labour hours and overall sales.

Our technicians average 10.74 flat rate hours per day.

We have the work, the experienced support staff and the established customer base to provide technicians with an excellent prospect to earn.

- $35–$48 per flat rate hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose,



maintain and repair Ford and other makes of vehicles.
- Perform mechanical, electrical and electronic diagnostics.
- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and document additional maintenance and repair requirements.
- Perform digital vehicle inspections and clearly document findings.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and fix vehicles right the first time.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts personnel and fellow technicians.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician License — REQUIRED.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat rate environment.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Ford dealership experience and Ford certifications are considered assets but are not required.
