Job Overview

As an Optician, you’ll support customers in selecting eyewear and help ensure their optical needs are addressed with care and accuracy. You’ll contribute to a welcoming retail experience while coordinating with colleagues to keep service and daily operations running smoothly.

Duties

- Assist customers with eyewear selections, explain product options, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Support sales through thoughtful product recommendations and clear communication about available choices.
- Maintain accurate customer and product records, using Epic where applicable, and follow established workflows.
- Coordinate with colleagues on optical tasks and help maintain an organized, customer-ready work area.

Skills

Required: Explicit communication,



customer-focused service, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to use computer systems support dependable customer interactions and organized daily work. Preferred: Optical experience, medical terminology, laboratory experience, retail sales, sales, Epic, or retail management can strengthen your contribution and help you support customers and colleagues effectively. Your impact: Helpful eyewear guidance enables customers to make informed choices and supports consistent service across the team.

Pay: $20.03-$34.50 per hour
