We are expanding into Alberta, our eighth location, and we are selecting one contracted court agent for Calgary. Our group runs Ticket Busters in Ontario and Quebec, and Ticket Defenders in New York, Recent Jersey, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. We launch in Alberta this November under Ticket Defenders. Here is the partnership: we run the advertising, intake, consultations, closing, collections, and client communication. Retained traffic files are delivered to you. You do the court work. There is no overhead for you, no marketing to run, and none of the headaches of building your own book of business. You own the Calgary pool. You earn 25% of everything Calgary collects after paid media spend. Nothing to buy in, nothing out of pocket, and the seat is exclusive to one agent for the city while the arrangement runs. This is an independent contract through your own practice, not employment. In Alberta our matters are handled by court agents, not lawyers: we are not a law firm in Alberta, and the role covers provincial traffic matters within agent authority.



Criminal Code driving matters and appeals are handled by lawyers and are outside this role. What you need: two or more years appearing in Alberta traffic court as an agent, current Calgary courtroom experience, and your own business, registered for GST, with your own WCB Alberta account and insurance. If you are hungry for business and want a city's worth of retained files without building the machine that produces them, apply with your resume and a short note naming the Alberta courts where you have appeared in the last 12 months and the monthly file volume you have carried at your busiest.
