Job Summary

The Sales & Business Development Representative builds productive business relationships and supports growth through B2B sales, business development, and account management. This role combines customer communication, market awareness, and thoughtful follow-through to identify opportunities and develop lasting client partnerships.

Duties

- Identify and pursue prospective business customers, using marketing insights and analysis to prioritize opportunities and guide outreach.
- Present relevant offerings, communicate value clearly, and use negotiation skills to advance discussions and support mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain account relationships, track sales activity and customer interactions in Salesforce, and coordinate follow-up with colleagues.
- Review pipeline progress and market feedback,



sharing useful findings to inform business development and sales planning.

Qualifications

Required: Transparent communication, practical B2B sales and business development capabilities, sound analysis, and the ability to manage customer conversations and follow-through. Preferred: Experience with negotiation, marketing, account management, and Salesforce, along with leadership strengths that support collaboration and effective opportunity development.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
