Accurate Stairs and Railings is a family-owned company which is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant to join our team. This position will play an integral role in the customer service of our company. The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative support to sales reps.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visiting clients, contractors, designers, and vendors
- Assist with sales
- Manage phone system and route calls
- Handle general phone and email inquiries
- Assist with orders and maintain tracking
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, plan deliveries
- Assist office staff with various duties
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Asset – Experience in sales
- Asset - Experience working in a construction trade
- Asset – Knowledge of construction terminology and trades
- Must be organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Clear communication
- Customer service
- Reliable
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to take direction effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
