Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management and scheduling software. This role involves coordinating multiple teams, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and managing project timelines and budgets to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to facilitate accurate execution of projects.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools for project scheduling, tracking progress, and resource allocation.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and safety reports.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating to control costs effectively.




- Perform site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems are functioning correctly.
- Lead meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to communicate progress and address issues promptly.

Skills

- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other industry tools.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and management principles.
- Excellent management skills with demonstrated ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with contracts administration and negotiation strategies.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to read technical schematics and use measurement tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Job Type: Full-time
