Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during your shift
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations
- Train current staff members through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching
- Enforce food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to meet health regulations
- Manage customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with inventory control,



ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic financial transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices including food handling, hospitality, and kitchen operations
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing staff and managing team performance
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; hospitality or hotel background is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
