Join our team as a Full Time PSW Toronto, supporting people with daily care and helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. You will provide attentive, respectful assistance tailored to each person’s needs.

Responsibilities

- Support patient care and senior care, including personal care and daily routines.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication administration as directed, and light cleaning.
- Provide compassionate support for people living with dementia, disabilities, or receiving hospice care.
- Help with safe mobility and heavy lifting as appropriate, following care plans and safe practices.

Skills

Required: Practical caregiving,



patient care, transparent communication, and attention to individual needs support safe, respectful assistance with daily routines and mobility. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, home care, nursing, senior care, hospice care, dementia care, disability support, meal preparation, cleaning, medication administration, and heavy lifting experience can strengthen your contribution across varied care settings.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
