We are looking for a caring, dependable nanny to provide occasional childcare for our two-year-old daughter. We need someone with adaptable availability for some weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary and will be arranged in advance whenever possible.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, safe care for a two-year-old child.
- Plan age-appropriate play, activities, and routines.
- Prepare and serve simple meals and snacks, and help with feeding.
- Clean up after meals and tidy the child’s play and care areas.
- Follow the family’s instructions about routines, food, and safety.
- Communicate with the parent about the child’s day and any concerns.

Qualifications





- Previous childcare experience, preferably with toddlers.
- Patient, reliable, attentive, and comfortable caring for a young child.
- Able to provide references.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
- A satisfactory background check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check, must be provided before hiring.
