The Account Manager builds productive customer relationships, supports sales growth, and coordinates account activity. This sector-neutral role combines customer service, sales administration, and clear communication to help customers navigate options and receive consistent support.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer accounts, understand needs, and maintain regular, skilled communication.
- Identify opportunities through outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, and other sales or marketing activities.
- Discuss options, negotiate next steps, and coordinate follow-up to support customer decisions.
- Maintain account records and use analysis skills to review activity,



organize sales administration, and share useful updates with colleagues.

Experience

Our ideal candidate must be fluent with Quickbooks Online and Sage Accounting Software. Explicit communication, attention to detail, organization, and practical sales skills are important for managing accounts, discussing options, and keeping records accurate for our many successful clients.

Preferred: Experience in Bookkeeping & Accounting, Marketing, or Sales and Office Administration is helpful.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penticton, BC V2A 5K3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
