This Insurance Account Manager supports an independent contractor agent within the Desjardins exclusive agent network. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services. The work also includes policy inquiries, changes, transfers, claims, billing clarification, and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
- Identify needs and market appropriate insurance products
- Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service

Requirements:

- Preferred sales experience and sales-goal track record
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills
- Proactive problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Property and Casualty license preferred or obtainable
- Post-secondary marketing, business, insurance, or finance education preferred
