Our client, a respected and growing family law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to lead and expand its practice in St. Catharines Region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer who can manage a practice independently, deliver strategic legal advice, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the firm's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage a diverse caseload of family law matters.
- Provide legal advice, representation, and strategic guidance to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and develop effective case strategies.
- Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and court materials.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm's presence in the Niagara Region.

Qualifications





- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum 10 years of family law experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario family law and court procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Settlement-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable with modern legal technology.
- Connections to the Niagara Region are preferred.
