As a Client Service Associate in TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking, you will understand customer needs and provide suitable Business Account options. You will manage business account openings, signing officer changes, documentation, and credit requests while following procedures. The role supports customers in a non-face-to-face environment and requires accurate administration, organization, planning, and time management. Small Business Banking experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound sales support by phone
- Open Business Accounts using digital technology
- Complete signing authority changes for business customers
- Identify and submit small business credit opportunities
- Refer additional customer needs to appropriate partners
Requirements:
- Two or more years in a direct-to-customer phone channel
- Small Business Banking product experience is an asset
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a energetic environment
