Our Edmonton client seeks a Senior Service and UX Designer for enterprise digital services, modernization projects, and public-facing web platforms. You will shape service models through research, prototyping, accessibility, and collaboration. The initial contract lasts 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead human-centered design across digital platforms and public portals
- Plan research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Create journey maps and service blueprints
- Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, architecture, and prototypes
- Apply WCAG 2.2 AA and conduct design reviews

Requirements:

- Senior UX or Service Designer experience leading web initiatives
- Proficiency with prototyping, wireframing, and journey mapping
- Experience building enterprise design systems
- Robust user research and usability evaluation background
- Experience with Agile teams and Microsoft Dynamics 365
